Als Head of SAP Consulting Circular gestaltest du gemeinsam mit uns die digitale Zukunft der Kreislaufwirtschaft. Du führst unser erfahrenes Consulting-Team und begleitest Unternehmen der Entsorgungswirtschaft bei der Optimierung und Transformation ihrer Geschäftsprozesse im SAP-Umfeld. Dabei verbindest du strategische Beratung mit operativer Umsetzung und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden und internen Teams nachhaltige, zukunftssichere Lösungen. Dabei bist du nicht nur strategisch unterwegs, sondern packst auch selbst mit an, um unsere Kunden bestmöglich zu unterstützen.
Deine Aufgaben
Du willst nicht nur beraten, sondern aktiv gestalten – gemeinsam mit einem starken Team und mit echtem Impact? 

In deiner Rolle als Head of SAP Consulting Circular (m/w/d) verantwortest du die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Consulting-Bereichs und gestaltest aktiv die digitale Transformation unserer Kunden in der Entsorgungs- und Kreislaufwirtschaft. Du entwickelst Beratungsansätze und Prozessoptimierungen gezielt weiter und begleitest anspruchsvolle SAP-Projekte von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Dabei übernimmst du die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Projektverläufe inklusive Budget- und Qualitätsverantwortung und stellst sicher, dass Projekte effizient, transparent und zielorientiert umgesetzt werden.

Als Führungspersönlichkeit leitest, motivierst und entwickelst du unser Consulting-Team fachlich und persönlich weiter. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Entwicklungsteams und weiteren Stakeholdern und sorgst für eine enge, vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. Durch regelmäßige Statusupdates, fundierte Projektberichte und klare Kommunikation schaffst du Transparenz und Verlässlichkeit. Gleichzeitig fungiert dein Team als Knowledge Pool für unsere internen Entwicklerteams und trägt so zur nachhaltigen Wissensweitergabe und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung innerhalb des Unternehmens bei. 

Je nach Bedard bist du flexibel im Einsatz – remote, beim Kunden vor Ort oder für deinen Team an unserem Standort in Halle (Saale) / Walldorf präsent, der dank Dienstwagen komfortabel erreichbar ist.
Dein Profil
Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und bringst fundierte Erfahrung im IT-Consulting sowie im Projektmanagement mit, idealerweise im SAP-S/4HANA-Umfeld.
 
Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und bist in der Lage, komplexe fachliche und technische Anforderungen zu analysieren, zu strukturieren und in nachhaltige Lösungen zu überführen. Dank deiner analytischen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten behältst du auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick und setzt Prioritäten sicher und zielgerichtet.

Neben deinem fachlichen Know-how zeichnest du dich durch eine hohe Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz aus. Du überzeugst im Stakeholder-Management, kannst Teams motivieren und weiterentwickeln und vermittelst komplexe Inhalte verständlich – sowohl intern als auch extern, auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Summary
As Head of SAP Consulting Circular, you will work with us to shape the digital future of the circular economy. You will lead our experienced consulting team and support companies in the waste management industry in optimizing and transforming their business processes in the SAP environment. In doing so, you will combine strategic consulting with operational implementation and develop sustainable, future-proof solutions together with our customers and internal teams. You will not only take a strategic approach, but also roll up your sleeves to provide our customers with the best possible support.
Your mission

In your role as Head of SAP Consulting Circular (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic development of our consulting division and actively drive the digital transformation of our clients in the waste management and circular economy sector. You will continuously refine consulting approaches and process optimizations, while leading complex SAP projects from initial concept through implementation to successful completion. This includes planning, steering, and monitoring project progress with full responsibility for budget and quality, ensuring efficient, transparent, and goal-oriented delivery.

As a leader, you will guide, motivate, and further develop our consulting team both professionally and personally. You will act as the central interface between clients, internal development teams, and other stakeholders, fostering close and trusting collaboration at eye level. Through regular status updates, well-founded project reporting, and clear communication, you will create transparency and reliability. At the same time, your team will serve as a knowledge hub for our internal development teams, ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer and continuous development within the company.

Depending on project requirements, you will work flexibly – remotely, on-site at client locations, or present for your team at our offices in Halle (Saale) or Walldorf, both conveniently accessible thanks to a company car.

Your profile

You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field and bring solid experience in IT consulting and project management, ideally within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

You have a strong understanding of business processes and are able to analyze and structure complex functional and technical requirements, translating them into sustainable solutions. Thanks to your analytical and organizational skills, you maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities in a confident and goal-oriented manner.

In addition to your technical expertise, you stand out through excellent communication and leadership skills. You excel in stakeholder management, are able to motivate and develop teams, and communicate complex topics clearly and effectively – both internally and externally, in German and English.

You think entrepreneurially, contribute innovative ideas, and are driven by the ambition to actively shape and further develop our consulting portfolio.
