Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the Microsoft and Linux system landscape, including M365, Intune, AD, and central IT services. You will ensure a secure, stable IT infrastructure, support projects and provide 1st/2nd level support, and assist with onboarding and offboarding. To do this, you will have several years of experience in IT administration, strong knowledge of M365/Intune, Linux, networks, and VMware - supplemented by security, ISMS, and service orientation.
Your mission
You will ensure a stable and secure system environment in Microsoft and Linux environments and support central IT services such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange hybrid, Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint.
Your tasks will also include maintaining and further developing the IT landscape and consistently implementing high IT security standards. You will play an active role in the planning, preparation, and implementation of IT projects and provide 1st and 2nd level user and application support. In addition, you will support the employee onboarding and offboarding process of a rapidly growing company at its Halle location.
Your profile
You have completed training or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience as a system administrator in medium-sized or larger companies. You also have at least 3 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, ideally with a focus on M365 Intune and Linux.
In addition to M365 (including Entra ID, Intune for Android, Apple, and Microsoft devices, and SharePoint), your knowledge includes in-depth network expertise. Furthermore, you have extensive experience in Microsoft and Linux system landscapes, are well-versed in mobile device management (Intune - Mac and Android), and are familiar with VMware ESXi environments.
You already have experience in ISMS operations and are familiar with common standards such as ISO 27001 and/or BSI IT-Grundschutz. Basic SAP knowledge and experience with MS Dynamics are desirable. You are also fluent in written and spoken German and English, enabling you to provide international support.
Personally, you impress with your self-organized, solution-oriented approach to work and your keen awareness of security issues. Characteristics such as reliability, strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and a goal-oriented approach to work with commitment and initiative round off your profile.
