Your mission
As
Head of Software Engineering (m/f/d), you will assume both disciplinary and strategic leadership of a software engineering team. Your role extends beyond management – you will provide clear guidance, foster professional growth, deliver constructive feedback, and cultivate an engineering culture in which code quality, technological excellence, and continuous improvement are integral to daily operations.
- Effective Leadership – You will guide your team with vision, clarity, and a high level of technical expertise. Through one-on-one meetings, mentoring, and team workshops, you will support your employees and create an inspiring and high-performing work environment.
- Strategic Development & Innovation – In collaboration with your team, you will develop cutting-edge software solutions and define the technological framework for sustainable innovation. You will proactively monitor technological trends, identify relevant developments, and drive the continuous advancement of our solutions.
- Engineering Excellence – You will ensure that quality and efficiency are not mutually exclusive but fundamental principles. Whether it concerns clean code, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, or scalable architectures, you will maintain and enhance the high-performance standards of our engineering division.
- Industry Expertise: Utilities & SAP – With our extensive knowledge of the utilities sector, we develop intelligent software solutions for the energy industry. Relying on SAP as our central platform, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of our utilities solutions.
- Corporate Culture & Organizational Growth – As a member of our leadership team, you will actively contribute to shaping PROLOGA’s corporate culture. You will embody our values and continuously refine processes and structures.
