Summary
As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and stable operation of our IT infrastructure in both Microsoft and Linux environments. Your tasks will include managing core services (M365, AD, Azure AD, Intune, firewalls, VPN), administering VMware and storage systems, and further developing our IT security and network landscape.
With your several years of experience in IT infrastructure and cyber security, you will play a key role in building and operating our ISMS while ensuring compliance with the highest security standards.
Your mission
As an IT Administrator – Infrastructure & M365, you are part of our IT Operations team and ensure the secure, reliable, and modern operation of our IT environment across Microsoft, Apple, and Android platforms.
Your main focus is on managing and further developing our M365 and Intune environment for Windows, Android, and Apple devices. In this role, you support the implementation and continuous optimization of security and compliance policies.
You administer core services such as Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint, support network-related tasks, and handle support requests via the ticketing system. In addition, you are responsible for onboarding new colleagues and providing reliable, solution-oriented support in day-to-day operations.
Beyond this, you actively contribute to exciting IT projects and take independent responsibility for initiatives within your area of expertise. You document processes, implement measures in the fields of information security and cybersecurity, and thereby make a key contribution to the stability, security, and continuous development of our IT infrastructure.
Your profile
You have completed vocational training or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience as a system administrator in medium-sized or larger organizations.
You have strong expertise in Intune MDM for Windows, Android, and Apple devices and are confident working with Microsoft and/or Linux system environments. In addition, you possess solid knowledge in the area of networking.
Very good German and English skills enable you to communicate smoothly and effectively.
On a personal level, you stand out through a well-organized, solution-oriented way of working with a strong awareness of security. Qualities such as reliability, strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, as well as goal-oriented work combined with commitment and initiative, round off your profile.
