Are you ready to take responsibility for challenging SAP implementation projects in the energy or waste management sector?
As a Senior Project Manager, you are the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and execution of complex IT projects. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions for our clients. Your strong understanding of business processes and their mapping in SAP enables you to lead projects to success both strategically and operationally.
Your mission
In this role, you take overall responsibility for the operational planning, management, and monitoring of project progress. You coordinate technical implementation activities and ensure the professional quality of deliverables. Your daily tasks include organizing and leading project teams, defining goals, milestones, and work packages, as well as ongoing project reporting and controlling. You regularly align with internal and external stakeholders and lead steering committee meetings, including at management or C-level, to communicate project progress transparently.
With your deep expertise in SAP modules and experience in optimizing and redesigning business processes, you create real value for our clients. Your comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies – ideally certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile – enables you to maintain an overview even in complex projects, set priorities, and manage multiple projects in parallel.
Your profile
In addition to your technical expertise, you bring excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to maintain and strengthen client relationships at the highest level. You are team-oriented and motivate your colleagues through professional leadership and by setting a strong example. Flexibility and willingness to travel are natural for you – you are ready to travel regularly and support international projects on-site.
You hold a degree - ideally in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field - and have several years of professional experience in managing IT or software projects.
