Summary
As an Account Executive SAP (m/f/d), you are a key strategic driver of our company’s growth. You take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from targeted prospecting and in-depth needs analysis through to successful deal closure and beyond. With your deep understanding of the market, strong negotiation skills, and an excellent sense for customer needs, you act as a trusted advisor at eye level, actively shaping the expansion of our customer portfolio and building long-term, sustainable partnerships.
Your mission
As an Account Executive SAP (m/f/d), you play a central strategic role in driving our business growth. You are responsible for the full sales process, from targeted outreach and thorough requirements analysis to successful closing and ongoing customer development. Leveraging your strong market insight, negotiation expertise, and customer-centric mindset, you act as a trusted advisor and contribute actively to the expansion of our client base and long-term partnerships.
In this role, you own the entire sales cycle end to end. You systematically build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at C-level, identify customer needs at an early stage, and present tailored, often complex solution scenarios. Acting as a consultative partner on equal footing, you confidently lead price and contract negotiations and position our company sustainably in the market.
You independently manage and develop your sales pipeline, using your understanding of market trends to identify and realize cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Consulting teams, you contribute to the continuous development of our service and solution portfolio. You continuously monitor market and competitive developments, derive strategic recommendations, and document all relevant activities in the CRM system – not only for tracking purposes, but as a foundation for data-driven sales management.
Your profile
You hold a degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification. You have at least four years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the software or enterprise solutions environment, and can demonstrate measurable sales success. You are familiar with SAP add-ons, interfaces, or extensions and are able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and convincingly.
You stand out through excellent communication and negotiation skills, a confident and professional demeanor, and a strong customer- and solution-oriented mindset. Your actions are entrepreneurial and strategic, you work independently, and you always keep long-term value creation in focus. Very good German and English language skills, as well as the ability to operate confidently in an international environment, complete your profile.
