You will work closely with our departments to create compelling job profiles, draft engaging job postings, and publish them on the right channels. Beyond that, you'll identify suitable candidates via active sourcing and conduct interviews. You guide our recruitment processes with sensitivity, structure and a keen instinct for talent.
In addition to recruiting, you will support various HR tasks: You interact with our managers and advise them— as well as our employees —on labor law and HR-related issues. You’ll also assist with day-to-day HR operations, draft contracts, certificates, and other personnel-related documents, and actively contribute to strategic HR projects such as employer branding, digitalization, or employee development.
You hold a degree in HR management, business psychology, business administration or a comparable qualification and already have several years of hands-on experience in the HR field. You are familiar with classic recruiting tools and particularly skilled in active sourcing: you know how to leverage networks effectively, approach talent and build lasting relationships. You have already gained experience in filling tech roles. Your strong people skills, clear and respectful communication, and enthusiasm help you win candidates over.
You also bring solid knowledge of labor law, which you apply confidently in your daily HR practice—whether drafting contracts, advising managers, or handling legal queries. You act with confidence, a solution-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of legal compliance while keeping fairness in mind.
Structure and self-organization come naturally to you, and you bring a creative perspective to existing processes. You’re excited to shape HR not just operationally, but also strategically. You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken. Initial experience with tools like Personio or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus—but more importantly, you’re open to digital tools and driven to make things happen.
