Als Product Manager für unser Portfolio rund um die Kreislaufwirtschaft wirst du Teil unserer Mission, die du mit Herz, Verstand und Leidenschaft mitgestaltest.

Deine Aufgaben

In deiner Rolle als Product Manager (m/w/d) entwickelst du, in enger Abstimmung mit unserer Geschäftsführung und den Ansprechpartnern der SAP SE, – eine wachstumsorientierte Produktstrategie. Du wirst Märkte und Kundensegmente identifizieren und eine passgenaue Go-to-Market-Strategie zusammen mit dem Vertrieb aufsetzen. Du treibst also die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Produktes voran. Aber das ist erst der Anfang: Du verantwortest nicht nur die Konzeption, sondern auch die Umsetzung und bringst dein Produkt dahin, wo es Wirkung entfalten kann.
Du präsentierst unser Produkt weltweit bei Kunden auf Managementebene. Dabei unterstützt du nicht nur das PROLOGA-Vertriebsteam, sondern auch unsere Partnerunternehmen aktiv bei der erfolgreichen Platzierung am Markt, basierend auf der von dir erstellten Value Proposition. Wo es sinnvoll ist, baust du ein leistungsstarkes Partnernetzwerk auf und stärkst damit unsere Marktdurchdringung nachhaltig. Außerdem hast du den Markt stets im Blick, analysierst diesen und generierst daraus Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung des Produktes sowie die Erschließung neuer Einsatzgebiete. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit einem motivierten Entwicklerteam zusammen, das deine Vision in smarte, praxisnahe Lösungen übersetzt.

Dein Profil

Du bist selbstbewusst, ehrgeizig und extrovertiert und liebst es, mit Deinen Fähigkeiten andere zu begeistern. Mit deinem klaren Blick fürs Wesentliche, deiner strukturierten und eigenständigen Arbeitsweise sowie dem nötigen Drive willst du nicht nur die Sichtbarkeit deines Produkts steigern, sondern auch deinen Verantwortungsbereich aktiv mitgestalten, vergrößern und daran wachsen.
Deine langjährige Erfahrung im Product Management von Industriesoftware gibt dir die nötige Sicherheit, dich auch schnell im neuen und komplexen Umfeld souverän zurechtzufinden. In deiner bisherigen Arbeit als Product Manager von Industriesoftware solltest du bereits Erfahrung in Punkten wie: Entwicklung einer Portfolio Strategie, Entwicklung einer Go-To-Market Strategie, Value Proposition Design oder Sales Enablement, gesammelt haben.
Außerdem bewegst du dich auf Managementebenen großer Unternehmen mit Leichtigkeit und kannst mit deinen sehr guten Englisch- und Deutschkenntnissen überzeugen. Du siehst internationale Reisetätigkeit nicht als Belastung, sondern als Möglichkeit, Neues zu entdecken und dich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.  Dementsprechend bringst du eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20% mit, um Termine mit Kunden vor Ort wahrzunehmen.
Durch einen (Fach)Hochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsinformatik / BWL / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Umweltmanagement o. ä. hast du ein fundiertes technisches Verständnis erworben und kannst die Anforderungen und Wünsche unserer Kunden in die interne Sprache eines Softwarehauses übersetzen.

Your mission

In your role as Product Manager (m/f/d), you will develop a growth-oriented product strategy and a tailor-made go-to-market strategy in close coordination with your product management team, our management and the contact persons at SAP SE. But that’s just the beginning: You won’t just design the concept—you’ll take full ownership of implementation and ensure your product creates real impact where it matters most.

You will represent our product on a global stage, presenting it to clients at the management level. In doing so, you’ll actively support both the PROLOGA sales team and our partner companies in successfully positioning the product in the market—based on the value proposition you’ve developed. Where it makes sense, you will build a strong partner network to sustainably expand our market presence.

You’ll always have an eye on the market, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for product development and new areas of application. Throughout, you’ll collaborate closely with a motivated team of developers who turn your vision into smart, practical solutions.

Your profile

You are confident, ambitious, and outgoing—and you love using your skills to inspire others. With your clear focus on what matters, your structured and independent work style, and your drive to make a difference, you aim not only to boost your product’s visibility but also to actively shape, expand, and grow your area of responsibility.

Your extensive experience in product management for industrial software gives you the confidence to quickly navigate and adapt to new, complex environments. You move comfortably within the management circles of large enterprises and communicate effectively in both German and English. You don’t see international travel as a burden, but as an opportunity to discover new perspectives and grow personally.

Thanks to your (technical) university degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Management, or a similar field, you bring a solid technical understanding and can translate our clients’ needs into the language of a software company.
