In this role, you will take full responsibility for the operational planning, management, and monitoring of project progress. You will coordinate technical implementation efforts and ensure the professional quality of deliverables. Your day-to-day tasks include organizing and leading project teams, defining objectives, milestones, and work packages, as well as ongoing project reporting and controlling. You will regularly align with internal and external stakeholders and lead steering committee meetings—also at management or C-level—to transparently communicate project progress.
With your in-depth expertise in SAP modules and your experience in optimizing and redesigning business processes, you create real value for our clients. Your comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies—ideally certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile—enables you to maintain oversight even in complex projects, set the right priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In addition to your technical expertise, you bring excellent communication and presentation skills that enable you to build and maintain strong client relationships at the highest level. You are a team player who motivates colleagues through professional leadership and by leading by example. Flexibility and willingness to travel are a matter of course for you – you are ready to travel regularly and support international projects on-site.
You hold a university degree—ideally in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field—and have several years of professional experience in managing IT or software projects. If you are looking for a new challenge where you can implement innovative SAP solutions in exciting projects and help shape the digital transformation of the energy or waste management sector on a global scale, we look forward to getting to know you!
30-40% willingness to travel to the customer or to our office in Halle (Saale) is no challenge with your own company car?
