Deine Aufgaben

Während deiner Ausbildung wirst du lernen, wie du maßgeschneiderte IT-Systeme entwickelst, Netzwerke einrichtest und Anwender betreust. Du konzipierst, installierst und betreibst IT-Systeme, stellst sicher, dass sie fehlerfrei funktionieren, und hilfst, wenn doch mal etwas nicht läuft. Dabei wirst du sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team an Projekten arbeiten, die dich immer wieder vor neue Herausforderungen stellen – sei es die Integration neuer Software, die Konfiguration von Systemen oder die Lösung kniffliger technischer Probleme.
Das Besondere bei PROLOGA: Du bist nicht nur in der Entwicklung und IT unterwegs, sondern bekommst auch Einblicke in Geschäftsprozesse, Marketing und sogar Personalwesen – alles durch die Brille der IT. So verstehst du die Zusammenhänge im Unternehmen und lernst, wie IT alle Bereiche miteinander verbindet.

Dein Profil

Was musst du mitbringen, um erfolgreich zu sein?
Natürlich brauchst Du eine Leidenschaft für Technik und IT. Zudem gute Noten in Informatik und den naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern und auch logisches Denken und Freude daran, knifflige Probleme zu lösen, sind von Vorteil. Und ja auch gute Englischkenntnisse – die IT-Welt ist international! Zudem Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, auch mal selbstständig zu arbeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke, denn Technik muss erklärt werden können.

Your mission

As part of your apprenticeship, you'll learn how to develop custom IT systems, set up networks, and support users.You'll be designing, installing, and operating IT systems, making sure they work perfectly, and helping out if something goes wrong. You'll work on your own and with others on projects that keep you on your toes—like integrating new software, configuring systems, or solving tricky technical problems.
What makes PROLOGA special is that you'll get to dive into development and IT, but you'll also get insights into business processes, marketing, and even human resources—all through the lens of IT. This way, you'll understand how IT connects all areas of the company.

Your profile

What do you need to bring to the table to be successful?
Obviously, you need to be passionate about technology and IT. Good grades in computer science and the natural sciences are also a plus, as are logical thinking and a love of solving tricky problems. And yes, you've got to have a good command of English—the IT world is international! In addition, you've got to be proactive and able to work independently from time to time, as well as have strong communication skills, because technology has to be able to be explained.
