Your mission
As a Senior SAP Consultant, you'll be working with our customers to analyze and optimize their business processes. You'll get to know each company's specific needs and develop tailored solutions to meet them. You'll be able to use your experience to design business processes and get them up and running in both internal and external projects.
You'll be a key player in rolling out SAP Waste and Recycling or our SAP IS-U solutions in customer projects. You'll be managing the technical side of things, but you'll also be giving strategic advice to make sure we're adapting processes to fit our customers' needs perfectly. You'll help make process changes and improvements that are sustainable and efficient.
You'll also be responsible for customizing SAP solutions to fit the needs of each customer. You make sure everything's up and running smoothly by testing the developed solutions thoroughly to ensure quality.
You'll stay in touch with customers even after implementation. You'll organize customer training sessions to make sure the new processes are a smooth transition and provide follow-up support for the implemented solutions. This way, you'll make sure all systems run optimally and remain adaptable at all times.
Depending on the project phase, you'll be willing to travel 30-40%. This lets you work directly with customers on site, understand their requirements better, and contribute your expertise.
Your profile
You've got a degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, environmental management, or something similar. You work well on your own and in a team, and you can keep an eye on things even when you're under pressure and adapt to new situations.
As an experienced consultant, you've already shown that you can work on your own in projects and are ready to take on the role of sub-project manager in larger consulting projects. You've got experience dealing with customers, and you can lead them confidently and communicate clearly and convincingly at all levels.
You're well-versed in project management and business process analysis, and you're great at managing your time and taking the initiative to get projects off the ground.
You also know your way around SAP, including the IS-U, EDM, Device Management, PM, SD, MM, FI, and CO modules. Bonus points if you know a bit of ABAP. You're also pretty comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word) and you speak and write German and English fluently.
